A non-profit facility, owned and operated by the Pedro Point Community Association, the Firehouse is significantly less expensive than hotels and other alternatives.  

 The Pedro Point Firehouse, located just down the coast from San Francisco, is the answer to all of your event needs for birthday parties, weddings, anniversary celebrations - you name it.
FACILITY OVERVIEW:

• Room: 1600 sq. feet of hardwood floor space
• Stage Area: 30' x10', raised 30" off of the floor
• Tables: 25 - 6' x 2 1/2' rectangular (renters provide own linens); 6 raised cocktail tables
• Seating: 125 chairs. Formal dining for 132 max.
• Building Capacity: 175 for party or reception
• Kitchen/Bar: Catering required; no cooking facilities. Large wet bar area, catering-size refrigerator, upright ice freezer, large double sink, plenty of countertop/food prep space, microwave. No other stove/oven. Possible use of catering kitchen near site (extra charge); check with manager.
• Restrooms: Two
• Deck: 250 sq. feet of sunny deck with room to BBQ
• Projection screen: Large 8' x 12' screen for slide shows, movies, presentations (extra charge; see Rates)
• Play Area:  Tot structure, small lawn area, 2 picnic tables
• Other: Piano
