Reserve the Pedro Point Firehouse

 

COVID Update: Welcome to Pedro Point!  The Pedro Point Firehouse remains open for rentals consistent with County Health Department Guidelines.  Please contact the Firehouse Manager at pedropointevents@gmail.com or call 650-355-4726 to discuss your plans.  

  1. PPCA Firehouse will align with County laws and public health guidance as a floor as listed here: https://www.smchealth.org/coronavirus

  2. All Events must abide by the guidance of the County at the time the event is held.

  3. The PPCA reserves the right to refuse rentals

  4. Cancellations due to changing COVID rules will be honored and refunds will be issued.  Events which violate Public Health guidelines may be immediately cancelled, and deposits will be forfeited.

 

Situated next to the Pacific Ocean, surrounded by mountains and pasture, the Pedro Point Firehouse is an ideal venue for parties, weddings, classes and corporate functions. 
 

A non-profit facility, owned and operated by the Pedro Point Community Association, the Firehouse is significantly less expensive than hotels and other alternatives.  
 

The Pedro Point Firehouse, located just down the coast from San Francisco, is the answer to all of your event needs for birthday parties, weddings, anniversary celebrations — you name it.

About the Firehouse

 

Building Capacity: 100 for party or reception

 

Room: 1600 sq. feet of hardwood floor space (floor plan); hand sanitizers; 4 MSA3 Air Purifiers

 

Stage Area: 30' x10', raised 30" off of the floor

 

Deck: 250 sq. feet of sunny deck with room to BBQ

 

Kitchen Facility

 

Kitchen/Bar: Kitchen is limited; no cooking facilities. Catering welcome.

 

Large wet bar area, catering-size refrigerator, upright ice freezer, large double sink, plenty of countertop/food prep space, microwave. No other stove/oven.

Pedro Point Creative.

 

Tables, Chairs & Other Amenities

 

Tables: 25 - 6' x 2 1/2' rectangular (renters provide own linens); 6 raised cocktail tables

 

Seating: 125 chairs. Formal dining for 100 max.

 

Projection screen: Large 8' x 12' screen for slide shows, movies, presentations (extra charge; see Rates)

 

Play Area: Tot structure, small lawn area, 2 picnic tables

 

Restrooms: Two
